Research Rotations

Research Rotations

Research rotations are a key part of your graduate school experience.  This is your opportunity to explore different areas and/or approaches to Neuroscience research and to begin to make important decisions regarding your dissertation laboratory.

You are free to choose your rotation laboratory from among the Neuroscience program faculty.  When you have made a decision on a rotation, you need to inform the Advisory Committee (through Deb Cummins).  You should inform the committee prior to entering your rotation laboratory.

When choosing a rotation, you should determine whether the lab director has student slots available and whether he/she would agree to take you on as a student, should you wish to remain in that laboratory.
